BRAD J. BUSCHER - CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Brad Buscher is the co-founder of Intelligent Mapping™ and head of Bankers American Capital Corporation (BACC), a merchant banking firm specializing in emerging companies. He has deep experience leading early-stage investments in banking, finance, software, healthcare, and hazardous waste. Across his career, he has chaired multiple portfolio companies, guiding strategy, financing, operations, and successful exits through acquisitions or public offerings. He has also held leadership roles in commercial banking, real estate development, leasing, and insurance. At Intelligent Mapping, Mr. Buscher drives overall vision, governance, and market strategy.

JAMES R. SANKOVITZ - CO-FOUNDER, CSO/CAO

James Sankovitz brings over 25 years of legal and entrepreneurial experience supporting early- and growth-stage companies. His expertise spans securities law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and regulatory compliance. He has represented public and private companies, raised capital through private placements and financings, and structured complex transactions. Since 2012, he has founded start-ups in oil and gas, beverages, environmental quality, and most recently Intelligent Mapping™. In addition to his role as co-founder, he serves as Chairman of the Board of a nationally chartered community bank.

Eric Cope brings over 25 years of telecommunications, power, and utilities expertise, with 20 years in senior management. He began his career in sales at Jackson Communications, then joined Condux International, where he advanced through roles including senior product manager, VP of marketing, and ultimately CEO. At Condux, he oversaw strategic growth, product innovation, and global expansion. At Intelligent Mapping™, Mr. Cope leads operations, business development, and market execution, drawing on his broad knowledge of utility infrastructure. His leadership ensures alignment between technology capabilities and customer needs.

Randy Whitaker brings over 30 years of experience in financial leadership and business strategy for private and publicly traded companies. He held senior financial roles within a Fortune 200 company for more than 15 years, overseeing public financial reporting and risk management. He has also worked extensively with start-up and early-stage enterprises as an executive, investor, and board member. Thomas Kressley has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on business development, engineering, and large-scale fiber network deployment. He has worked for major operators such as GTE, Genuity, Level 3, and most recently Zayo, where he played key roles in building and expanding fiber businesses. Throughout his career, he has specialized in designing, deploying, and selling advanced fiber solutions to support industry growth. At Intelligent Mapping™, Mr. Kressley leads sales strategy, customer acquisition, and market growth initiatives.

Gary Heath has more than 45 years of experience in engineering leadership, operations, and executive management. He spent decades at Gambro (COBE) BCT, now Terumo BCT, advancing through senior roles including COO and president, where he led product development, manufacturing strategy, and organizational growth. He later owned and led The ERI Group, a contract R&D and manufacturing firm. At Intelligent Mapping™, Mr. Heath provides engineering and operational leadership, supporting scalable execution and product delivery aligned with market needs.
