JEMMIE WANG - ADVISORY BOARD CHAIR
Jemmie Wang is a partner at BizMetrix, LLC and a seasoned investor and consultant with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. He has contributed to five successful exits totaling more than US $2.4 billion and advises both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. His expertise spans corporate strategy, M&A, financial planning, and technology-enabled operations. Mr. Wang holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan, as well as Six Sigma Black Belt certification. As advisory board chair, he guides the growth, scalability, and capital-raising strategies of Intelligent Mapping™.
TODD (TJ) MARLIN
TJ Marlin is CEO of Guardrail Technologies and a globally recognized expert in AI risk management, cybersecurity, and data privacy. He previously led EY’s Global Forensic Technology & Innovation practice, scaling revenues and developing the EY Virtual platform, an award-winning solution adopted worldwide. He frequently advises governments, corporate boards, and senior executives on technology risk. Mr. Marlin holds dual master’s degrees in data science and cybersecurity. At Intelligent Mapping™, he provides deep insight into secure, scalable technology strategy and global best practices.
CHRIS WALKER
Chris Walker is regional vice president of sales for Calix Cloud Solutions and has more than 25 years of experience in technology sales leadership. At Calix, he helps broadband providers generate revenue, expand markets, and secure subscriptions with managed service offerings. He has held multiple senior sales roles throughout his career, shaping strategy, pricing, and team development. At Intelligent Mapping™, Mr. Walker contributes expertise in sales execution, industry trends, and go-to-market planning, supporting both revenue growth and organizational effectiveness.
JAMES LOUSARARIAN
James Lousararian is managing director at BioVentures MedTech Funds and senior vice president & chief business officer at Corium, LLC. He has co-founded multiple engineering and led multiple life sciences start-ups, focusing on capital raising, commercialization, and business growth. His background includes a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. Over two decades, he has cultivated a career as an entrepreneur and investor, with specific expertise in advancing healthcare technologies and building innovative medical companies.
ROBYN SAPHIR
Robyn Saphir has been a marketing communication leader at Cummins, Inc. for over eight years and currently leads the global marketing team for the Cummins Power Generation business. At Cummins, she markets directly to data centers that are in need of mission-critical, on-site backup power. With over 15 years of marketing expertise in B2B marketing, Ms. Saphir has acted on multiple advisory boards as a marketing expert, including WTWH Media, LLC with publishing focuses on engineering and robotics markets, and WomenVenture, LLC, a local CDFI that supports entrepreneurs, where she leads the Loan Committee and mentors small-business owners. At Intelligent Mapping™, Ms. Saphir will advise on marketing strategies and tactics that align with the business goals and resonate with data centers and technical audiences.
TROY VOLK
Troy Volk is CEO and owner of Volk Transfer, Inc., a logistics company established in 1948 that provides freight brokerage, warehousing, and transportation solutions. Under his leadership, the company continues its long-standing tradition of reliable logistics services across the U.S. At Intelligent Mapping™, Mr. Volk works with management and fulfillment teams to design procurement and shipping strategies. His background in logistics operations and supply chain management provides the company with practical expertise in execution and delivery optimization.
DANA SCHNEPF
Mr. Schnepf is the owner of D & K Powder Coating, a powder coating company serving a range of commercial and industrial clients. In his role, he oversees the business with a focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term customer relationships. As a business owner, Mr. Schnepf brings hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing environments, along with a practical understanding of the needs of technical and production-driven teams. At Intelligent Mapping, Mr. Schnepf will provide insight on operational considerations and real-world application, helping ensure strategies align with business goals and resonate with industrial and technical audiences.
MICHAEL DRUMMER
Michael Drummer is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Drummer Construction, Inc. and Hightop Hospitality. He has led major projects in excavation, utility installation, and real estate development, transforming more than 2,000 acres into subdivisions and redeveloped properties worth over $1.5 billion. He also co-founded hospitality businesses with more than 30 restaurant locations and launched Green Planet Pallet Technologies, a recyclable pallet company. Additionally, he has founded hemp-based product lines used by professional athletes. Mr. Drummer brings expertise in property development, hospitality, and product innovation.
DR. DAVID JOHNSON
Dr. Johnson is a key early-stage investor, diagnostic radiologist at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Minnesota and an experienced private investor. His medical background provides critical expertise in healthcare and diagnostics, while his investment activity brings a financial perspective to the board. With years of experience in clinical practice and exposure to medical technology trends, Dr. Johnson offers a unique point of view compared to other Advisory Board members. JOE MORTON
Joe Morton is an early-stage investor, former telecom executive and entrepreneur, best known for building and selling Progressive Technologies, a PBX systems company acquired in 2004. Since then, he has focused on independent investing, including managing an alternative investment firm that sponsors five mutual funds. His expertise lies in successfully growing and exiting early- to mid-stage businesses through private transactions. With a career spanning operations, sales, and investment, Mr. Morton supports Intelligent Mapping™ with strategic business insight and entrepreneurial guidance.

The Laub family leads Cache Valley Electric (CVE), one of the largest electrical contractors in the Rocky Mountain region, founded in 1915.
